Get to work in Energy District BoTu

a call for action

Delfshaven Coöperatie + IABR

How can we use the energy transition as leverage for safer, healthier and more inclusive districts? The ambitions for the energy transition in 2050 are not yet aligned to the current reality and urgent needs in a district such as Bospolder-Tussendijken. How can we connect local challenges and needs to the collective goals of the energy transition? Bospolder-Tussendijken is the first location in which the IABR–Atelier Rotterdam has started to research and test the concept of Energy Districts.

In three parallel workshops, the development of an integrated perspective for the sustainable development of the district is connected to specific cases and sites in Bospolder-Tussendijken.
