On Friday June 1, 2018, at 4 pm, the Flemish Minister of Culture, Media, Youth and Brussels, Sven Gatz,opens You Are Here, the program of exhibitions, urban debates and work sessions in Brussels that is part of IABR–2018+2020–The Missing Link.

Starting on June 2, the Brussels World Trade Center (WTC) and its vacant shopping center will be transformed into a platform and open workspace. A test site from which to explore the future of the Noordwijk, of Brussels, of the Delta of the Low Countries and, by extension, of the world. To over 400 stakeholders it will provide space and time, inspiration and support, and an opportunity to work on the greatest challenge of our time: how do we change the way we live, work and move around so that we can effectively realize the climate targets?
The WTC will in effect become the World Transformation Center. Here is where the future becomes realistic.
