WATERSCHOOL M4H+ : WATERING SCHOOLS
For their final theses, 18 architecture students of Delft University of Technology studied water use in schools through the years. They examined cisterns, school bathhouses, school gardens and open-air schools and collected a wealth of historical material, which they used to reflect on possible contemporary applications.

On Friday 9 July, WATERSCHOOL M4H+ will present a selection from this research. Cocurator Rianne Makkink, architecture historian and lecturer Dolf Broekhuizen and several students will discuss findings and explore if and how this almost forgotten knowledge can regain relevance and be used in the Waterschool.

The theses will be officially presented to the Waterschool on the day and will subsequently be available to the public at the Waterschool library.

The spoken language is Dutch.
