Today Marja Elsinga, professor Housing Institutions & Governance at the Delft University of Technology, visiting professor at the Tongji Universtiteit in Shanghai and chair of the research program Housing in a Changing Society, about the part that housing and housing corporations have to play when it comes to care- and energy transitions.
After the lecture there will be a public debate moderated by Floris Alkemade, Dutch Chief Government Architect and a curator of The Missing Link.
